Job Title: SEN Teacher Location: Bexley Salary: £140 - £240 per day  Start Date: ASAP, February 2024  Contract Type: Full Time, Temporary to Permanent    Are you a committed educator looking for a rewarding chance to make a difference in the world? This is a great chance to establish an inclusive, friendly classroom where children with special needs can get the help they require.   Creating a warm, inclusive learning atmosphere where teenagers with special needs can get the assistance they need is the aforementioned exceptional opportunity.   Responsibilities as a SEN Teacher: Build and present engaging classes that cater to different student demographics. Create lesson plans that are specifically tailored to the needs of the pupils. Encourage an understanding and observant atmosphere in the classroom. Work well together to enhance the educational experience with other organizations and support staff. Use a variety of teaching strategies to accommodate your students' varied learning preferences. Keep an eye on your students' progress and adjust your teaching methods as needed.Requirements as a SEN Teacher: Strong history in behaviour management techniques and personalized lesson planning Proven ability to teach students with special education needs. Holding the Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and the necessary teaching credentials. The ability to establish a friendly and engaging learning atmosphere.
